Today we're saying hello to week three of school.Already, time is flying by.
We had a good weekend which included some relaxing at home, buying a new vacuum cleaner(its purple!), and making plans with friends for next weekend.
We worshipped on Sunday and practiced sabbath rest that afternoon. There's nothing like being able to recharge for the week ahead.
We're also saying hello to freshly power-washed fences, swingset, and part of the house.
Seriously? Its like brand new wood all over again. Goodbye, green!
We're still taking advantage of backyard fires in the fire pit. We'll do that for as long as we can into the season.
And this weekend even included a bunch of sewing getting done! Three bags and various other sewing projects gave me the boost I needed. It feels good to get my mojo back!
I've set a goal to either create or work on something new each night as I am able. I've been getting a lot of requests for the shop to open back up again and to be honest with you, I miss it too.
This year I'm hoping to add a variety of creations to my shop, not just bags and accessories.
So we've had a full weekend and are looking forward to a big family dinner, Eric has a balloon job at an Awana group, and the little gymnast starts her fall season later in the week.
We're gearing up for busy days and squeezing in our family time when we are able.
Whats on your agenda for this week?
I'm linking up with Lisa over here today
